The Pastoral Office for Planning and Communications serves the communications needs of the Local Church primarily through the The Catholic Moment. The office maintains The Catholic Moment site on the World Wide Web. The office produces the annual Diocesan Directory, a resource for parishes and institutions of the Local Church, and others. Pastoral Office for Planning and Communications Staff

	Kevin Cullen Director, Editor As editor and general manager of The Catholic Moment, Kevin is responsible for all aspects of the newspaper operation. As director of the pastoral office, Kevin coordinates pastoral planning for the central offices of the Local Church. Planning consultation is available to parishes as requested. Public and media relations services are provided.
	Carolyn McKinney Administrative Assistant Carolyn carries out the secretarial and clerical tasks of the office. She produces the annual Diocesan Directory and handles the advertising for The Catholic Moment. She maintains the mailing list for The Catholic Moment, and the circulation and advertising accounts for the paper. Carolyn also maintains The Catholic Moment website. As first contact, she directs most inquiries coming to the office.
	Laurie Cullen Assistant Editor Laurie plans and produces The Catholic Moment, in collaboration with the editor. She assigns and schedules content, edits and lays out the paper. She photographs and reports events, and writes features and has responsibility for the final product along with the editor and in his absence.
	Caroline Mooney Contributing Editor Caroline helps to produce The Catholic Moment, assembling and editing elements and completing pages. She reports and photographs events and features.
