Headmaster, Lumen Christi Catholic School
Lumen Christi Catholic School, an independent K-12 school adjacent to Holy Rosary Church in downtown Indianapolis, is seeking a headmaster. The school was established in 2002 to teach the unity of faith and reason through the traditions of the Church, including daily Mass and a classical curriculum, the school seeks an individual of authentic Catholic faith and commitment to Catholic education. As the school's lead, the Headmaster ensures the spiritual, moral and educational growth of our students while promoting the institutional growth of the school and managing its administrative functions. He/she should have strong leadership ability; fundraising and development expertise; excellent management skills, the ability to be effective representative for the school; and vision to achieve long-range plans. Expertise in education and educational, ideally including experience in Catholic school administration, is preferred.

Director, Pastor Office for Family Life, Lafayette
The full-time position of Director of the Pastoral office for Family Life will be available within the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana after June 1, 2010. This position is comprised of several areas: Parish Ministry such as family life, evangelization and social justice; the Hispanic Ministry Program for the Diocese; and Pastoral Ministry resource coordination and updates. Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) coordinating between the Diocese and parishes in all areas of pastor ministries: training, program development and workshop coordination. This position also facilitates Spanish language endeavors such as computer programs, parish personnel and the translation of documents; the position also requires supervision of department staff. A Master's degree in Pastoral Theology or related field, combined with management and supervisory experience preferably at the Diocesan or parish level is desired. The successful candidate must have computer/internet experience, good communication skills, proficiency in Spanish, experience/background in Hispanic/multi-cultural ministry, and possss the ability to display Christian standards of behavior in the workplace. St. Theodore Guerin Catholic High School in Noblesville, Indiana is seeking candidates for the position of President. Guerin Catholic is a new and growing Catholic High School in the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana. It was named one of the top 50 Catholic High Schools in the nation for two consecutive years and offers the International Baccalaureate Degree. The Office of the President's primary purpose is to provide leadership for the school and to be an evangelist for the Catholic vision and mission of the school. The President is the Chief Executive Officer, and as such, has the general charge and control of its personnel and budget, educational and development programs, business affairs and facilities. The position of President reports directly to the School Governing Board. Applicants must be active, practicing Catholics in good standing with the Church who have demonstrated a commitment to its mission. The Diocese of Evansville seeks an energetic and inspiring Superintendent of Schools to provide vision and leadership to its 28 Catholic elementary and secondary school.s Candidates must be a Catholic in good standing with an absolute commitment to Catholic education.
